After a weekend with their Aunty Lisa, they sure are happy chappys...

Ben turns 1

Wow what a huge week. Ben's turned one, had to can his party coz the boys both had horrible coughs, I was exhausted.... ah, such is the life of a family with 2 little ones! Here's some pics, pretty funny, we have this AMAZING farm/park thing (in Matakana) with an electric train, heaps of incredible and very creative playhouses, huge park, a row of old tractors, and heaps of farm animals - including Llamas! Best of all it's free so can head out there whenever, spend a few hours and everyone is tanked up on Quality Time, always a good thing! We are so blessed to have so many great places to take the kids on a budget :)

Amidst all of this have been having lots of dreams lately - and the cool thing is that they are mostly preparing me for what is up next. God is so good and so kind to us....the wind of change IS blowing....are we ready and will we be flexible to ride it out?! If we surrender absolutely to him, who knows what the future holds.

It's good to be alive

After an impossible day yesterday (including our front door smashing,

hours of unrelenting rain coming INTO our house through this....though a kind neighbou managed to help me), the sun is shining and it's good to be alive....

Our backyard is now pretty cool for someone Nathan's age. Swings, strawberries, apples, grapes, pool, a building table and thanks to Nika, a homemade sandpit!
